Student Resources

If you are a student you will find some useful resources here for science projects, especially if the project involves space science. The resources cover the full range of academic level, from K-12 to college level. You can find more advanced tools in "tools-analysis." Note that the Wolfram Knowledge Base listed below has a powerful capability to plot mathematical functions in addition to returning science (and other results). If you want to a plot a function, simply type "plot a function" into the query box and you will be taken to a page where you can enter the details. If you are doing a project on the solar system, a good place to start would be the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) site and the NASA site. If you are doing a project on black holes, the Starchild (grade 8 and below) and Imagine the Universe (grade 9 and above) sites would be a good place to start. Note that "grade levels" are only approximate.
